RETURN POLICY

Returns – If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund as long as we receive the item undamaged within 10 days of your original order date. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect spelling.

Defective Item(s) – If you receive a damaged item, please contact us for an exchange. The damaged item must be verified by photo before refund or exchange can be processed.
